Symptom narrative

Right thigh has 2.5 x 1 inch red swollen welt founded by mom on 12/17/2025 in the a.m. Reported to doctor office on 12/17/2025 at 12:00pm advised to apply warm compress. Mom called 12/23/2025 that patient has a black and blue raised bump on thigh at 2:00pm. Mom declined visit due to transportation
