Symptom narrative

2or 3 days after receiving the vaccine in left arm, started having pain when putting on clothes. This persisted for some time. Went on vacation abroad and sharp pain during certain movements. Returned from vacation and saw my primary who ordered an ultrasound to rule out hematoma.

High bp, high cholesterol, one episode of afib
