Symptom narrative

Patient says he was not feeling well approximately 1-1.5 days after receiving vaccines. Patient reported chest, back, and neck pain as well as breathing issues/ shortness of breath. He visited the ER where he was diagnosed with pericarditis. He was given meloxicam which helped but caused an ulceration problem. Patient had a follow up visit with his cardiologist to confirm pericarditis and symptoms resolved after several weeks. Patient attributes condition to the vaccinations.
