Symptom narrative

On 12/19/25 patient states she developed a rash the same night after receiving the Spikevax vaccination. Rash started out small, but then increased in size over the next four days. Rash was warm to the touch. Rash was red, slight bullseye appearance. Approximately 6 inches by 4 inches, oval shape. Spoke to patient on 12/24/25 and she stated that the rash was slowly decreasing in size. Patient never sought medical attention.
