Symptom narrative

Inappropriate schedule of vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered in a patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Meningococcal vaccine B rfHbp/NadA/NHBA OMV (Bexsero). On 29-SEP-2024, the patient received the 2nd dose of Bexsero. On 29-SEP-2024, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate schedule of vaccine). The outcome of the inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered was not applicable.
