Extra dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 61-year-old male patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Dresden (Fluarix 2025-2026 season) (batch number 3F7A5, expiry date 30-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Fluarix (received first dose on 21-OCT-2025 intramuscularly in left deltoid of batch number 37KF3 and expiry date 30-JUN-2026). On 19-DEC-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Fluarix 2025-2026 season (intramuscular, left deltoid). On 19-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Fluarix 2025-2026 season, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra dose administered).
