giving expired Engerix B to a patient; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. On 23-DEC-2025, the patient received Engerix B. On 23-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: giving expired Engerix B to a patient). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
