Vaccine stored outside recommended conditions and administered to patient.; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis, Hib (Hiberix) for prophylaxis, DTPa (Infanrix) for prophylaxis, DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) for prophylaxis, Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis and DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Boostrix, Engerix B, Hiberix, Infanrix, Kinrix, Menveo and Pediarix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, Engerix B, Hiberix, Infanrix, Kinrix, Menveo and Pediarix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Vaccine stored outside recommended conditions and administered to patient.). Additional Information: GSK receipt date 15-DEC-2025 On 16th October 2025 the vaccines Bexsero, Boostrix, Engerix-B, Hiberix, Infanrix , Kinrix, Menveo (1-vial) and Pediarix experienced a temperature excursion. The vaccines reached a temperature of 55.9 degree F for a cumulative time of 3 hours. The vaccines were administered. The reporter did not consent to follow-up. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
