Out of age range administration/11 years old; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 11-year-old female patient who received MMR (Priorix) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included meat allergy. On 18-DEC-2025, the patient received Priorix. On 18-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Out of age range administration/11 years old). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. She confirmed that the allergy was not the issue. They had searched in many pharmacies and only the vaccine was available. The mother of the patient asked their insurance company to find it, but they had to buy the 10 doses box. They wanted to know where to get the single shot in the state. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
