Expired dose potentially administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a adult female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 9SB34, expiry date 18-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 20-DEC-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 20-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose potentially administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-DEC-2025 Pharmacist mentioned they were still investigating, but they possibly administered an expired dose which was expired on 18-NOV-2025 of Arexvy to a patient on 20-DEC-2025. Caller mentioned that they did not have date of birth or specific age for the patient, but patient was on late 60's.
