neck pain; back pain; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of neck pain in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced neck pain (Verbatim: neck pain) and back pain (Verbatim: back pain). The outcome of the neck pain and back pain were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the neck pain and back pain to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the neck pain and back pain to be related to Shingrix.
