Symptom narrative

Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 2019). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed dose). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-DEC-2025 The reporter was patient itself. The reporter stated that the patient received the first shot of Shingrix but never received the second dose. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
