Symptom narrative

patient received a first dose of Shingrix in February 2024; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included shingrix (patient received a first dose of Shingrix in February 2024). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient received a first dose of Shingrix in February 2024). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date-19-DEC-2025 Technician enquired does the patient need to restart vaccine.
