administered an expired Arexvy dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 70-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 9SB34, expiry date 18-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 09-DEC-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 09-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administered an expired Arexvy dose). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-DEC-2025 The medical assistant mentioned that they had administered an expired Arexvy dose on 09-DEC-2025. The dose had expired on 18-NOV-2025.
