Symptom narrative

RN placed injection into subdeltoid bursa vs the deltoid muscle. Caused over a year of issues for my right shoulder due to inflammation. My orthopedist cited this is most likely what happened back in Dec 2024. I tried chiro, massage, physical therapy and bursa injections by orthopedist, until I finally got an MRI Dec 2025 that states there is fluid in sub deltoid bursa (most likely from injection). Potential bursitis and tendiosis of entire bursa plus shoulder muscle area in right shoulder. This started the week right after injection, where I couldn?t move my right shoulder into certain positions.
