received first dose of shingrix on 1/2/2022 but never got the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (Patient received first dose on 02-JAN-2022). The patient did not received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received first dose of shingrix on 1/2/2022 but never got the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 17-DEC-2025 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media.
