overdose; This non-serious case was reported by the other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Hib (Hiberix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Hiberix (The patient received Hiberix at 2, 4, 6 months of age) and Pediarix (The patient received Pediarix at 2, 4, 6 months of age). On an unknown date, the patient received the 4th dose of Pediarix and the 4th dose of Hiberix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: overdose). The outcome of the overdose was unknown.
