Wrong vaccination schedule - same patient received two doses of FLULAVAL trivalent in the same season; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 62-year-old male patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2025-2026 season) (batch number 34N52, expiry date 30-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included INFLUENZA VACCINE INACT SPLIT 3V (FLULAVAL). On 19-DEC-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of FluLaval 2025-2026 season. On 19-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval 2025-2026 season, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Wrong vaccination schedule - same patient received two doses of FLULAVAL trivalent in the same season). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 23-DEC-2025 The reporter was asking about a double vaccination with a flu vaccine on the same patient. The vaccine administration facility is the same as primary reporter.
