Symptom narrative

Patient stated that she got her shot on Sunday (12-21-2025) and on Tuesday (12-23-2025) about 11am she began to feel a lump on her arm at the site of the vaccination was given. She said it was hard, warm to the touch and some redness. She decided to go in to be seen and went to the Walk in Clinic in the morning of 12-24-2025. She was seen by DR who sent an antibiotic of Cephalexin to the pharmacy. When patient came to pharmacy to pick up her antibiotic is when the patient shared with me what she had experienced. I called her later in the afternoon to see how she was doing and to gather a few more pieces of information and she said that she was doing much better.
