Symptom narrative

The patient allege that 3 or 4 days after the administration of the vaccine he wasn't able to move the left arm. He allege that visited Dr. for treatment. Patient received physical therapy. At the moment the patient informed the situation the pain is constant with out improvement. I called Dr. on 12-17-2025. Dr. indicates he treat Patient for the situation. He said is difficult to reach the nerve with a vaccine as Patient allege.
