Symptom narrative

Right arm developed a large, reddened area, warm to touch on 11/2/2025. By 11/3/2025 the area had become much bigger and patient was complaining of pain that increased with movement. Took her to the doctor on 11/3/2025 at 11:15am where she was diagnosed with cellulitis and given antibiotics.

Medical history

Intellectual Disability, down syndrome, congenital hydrocephalus, Spastic Quadriplegia, Scoliosis, Hypertension, PVD, Osteoporosis, GERD, Hypothyroidism, Hyperlipidemia.
