Symptom narrative

Pt reports developing vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration and back spams starting within 72 hours of receiving vaccines. Low grade fever (37.3C) in clinic (6 days after vaccination) with mild tachycardia (101 bpm). Intermittently productive cough and congestion started 5 days after vaccination.

Current illness

Reported swelling that started in July, and worsened 11/10/2025. Intermittent, to feet, ankles, legs and hands. Flies (job is a flight attendant)

Medical history

migraine, eczema, generalized anxiety disorder, iron deficiency anemia, left knee pain

Lab data

Flu, RSV and COVID swab. Chart review (demonstrating similar symptoms a year ago, was treated for bronchitis).
