Symptom narrative

Patient called pharmacy reporting persistent pain on arm since receiving COVID-19 and influenza vaccines on 09/22/2025. She describes shooting pain radiating from the injection site down to her fingers, ongoing for several months. Patient states she did not seek medical attention or contact the pharmacy earlier, assuming symptoms would resolve. She now plans to have the arm examined by her primary care physician. Patient reports no movement limitation, redness, or swelling at the injection site.
