Symptom narrative

Patient became dizzy, pale, diaphoretic, was not answering questions, head turned to the left as she was walking to the waiting area. Seated patient with legs elevated. BP at 11:00am 78/50. NP notified and assessed patient. Patient given juice to drink. Pt became more alert. Repeat BP 84/60. Mom with patient the entire time. Patient became alert, color returned, no longer diaphoretic. Able to respond and answer questions. Blood Glucose 107. BP at 11:50am 100/68. NP okay with patient leaving with mom.
