Symptom narrative

Patient reports that their previously dormant genital herpes became active after 35 years of no genital lesions or active episodes since first exposure/outbreak in 1990. Patient reports lesions spread to lower back and abdomen - lesions were itchy, sensitive to touch, and skin sloughing did occur on lower back after intense exercise session. Lesions are reportedly healed on back with only a few lesions on genitalia at this time.
