Stroke, Bloot clot to heart and Blood Clot to Juggular.

Lab data

Neuro ICU and hospital stay at Hospital and Hospital #2 for 23 days. Had multiple MRI's, MRA's and CT Scans and various bloodwork. After hospital stay Followed with my Neurologist (Dr.) and was referred to Neurosurgeon, Dr. for further treatment. She conducted various tests including an Angiogram. Followed up with Primary Care Physician Dr. and Cardiologist.
