Symptom narrative

Onset of unusually acute asthma episode, elevated blood pressure and heart rate. Symptoms escalated over 15 minutes following onset, patient went to ER. Patient's previous asthma episode was 8-10 months prior; patient has never had such extreme symptoms.

12/19/2025: EKG, chest x-ray normal. Temperature normal. Blood panel, normal except for mild kidney inefficiency. Blood pressure as high as 167/105; heart rate as high as 96; respiration 10; SpO2 92%. Nebulized albuterol-ipratropium treatment administered.
