Symptom narrative

Immediate symptoms: Headaches, muscle aches, pain at the site of injection, and dizziness occurred shortly after the injection. Delayed symptoms: Approximately one week post-vaccination, the patient began experiencing numbness in the left limb. This symptom persisted for about three months.
