Symptom narrative

Patient was administered her annual flue vaccine and then her first of series of Shingrix. Patient did bleed after receiving shingles vaccine. She then stood after when she noted she felt very hot then fell to the ground. Emergency services were called and evaluated patient. Patient did not accept transport to the hospital and left with her husband.
