Symptom narrative

Starting in about March, 2021 my wife started having memory lapses that seemed to be more than aging. In 2022 it seemed her memory loss was getting worse and her PCP referred her to a Neurologist who had a MRI performed which indicated the start of Alzheimer's. It has continued to get worse and I feel there is a connection between the Moderna Vaccine and her dementia onset. Was this vaccine adequately tested before it was released? I really question whether it was .
