Intentional Age Prescription by HCP: The patient is 70 years old with no adverse event; Initial information received on 18-Dec-2025 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a physician. This case involves a 70 years old male patient who had intentional age prescription for Diphtheria-2/Tetanus/5 AC pertussis vaccine [adacel] with no adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On an unknown date, the patient was prescribed with dose 0.5 ml of suspect Diphtheria-2/Tetanus/5 AC pertussis vaccine Suspension for injection, frequency once (Unknown strength, lot and expiry date) via intramuscular route in unknown administration site as helps protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis disease (Immunisation) with no adverse event (off label use).
