Symptom narrative

2nd shot received 012321. reported to VARS at the time during regular required check in: headache, body aches, flushing, abdominal cramping, fever, then post menopausal bleeding after each shot. for the last 3 years have had fatigue. last 2 years extreme fatigue and extreme brain fog, have been on LTD from work for 7 months, unable to remember how to do my job. Since 12/24 have been newly diagnosed with ME/CSF, Lyme disease, reactivated EBV, sleep apnea with PLMD and iron deficiency, CAD LHC x3 022925 LAD 71%, MCAS, new emphysema, DOE presyncope, 6severe stabbing mid back with C5 severe spinal stenosis and L5/S1 spondolithyasis grade 2, severe cold burning n/t mid calf down through feet, n/t bilat hands 1st 4 fingers after sitting 2 hours, keratonosis with extreme dry eyes with +2 corneal ulcers with Miebo eye drops and convergence insufficency unable to read for more than 30 minutes without increase in daily severe headaches with photophobia. fibromyalgia needing a FWW with seat for dizziness. continued post menopausal bleeding fall and winter 2025. GI bleed 0925.
