Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; 10043071:TACHYCARDIA; Narrative: 29 y/o female who presented for early termination of her pregnancy. While she was there she received the COVID 2025 vaccine(Comirnaty). After the administration of the vaccine she reported feeling hot and her face was red and flush. She reported feeling anxious and that "her heart felt like it was slowing down." Her BP was checked and noted to be 106/62. After 1 minute she reported feeling better. She was given a cup of water. After she was observed for 10 minutes her symptoms resolved. There was a small area of blotchy redness observed but she denied itching and no hives were noted. At 430pm the nursed called patient for follow up who noted that she felt better. Other Relevant HX: Other:
