Reported Symptoms: Narrative: Pt was evaluated and treated in urgent care 3x since receiving vaccine - 1st occurrence 10/15/25 - ultrasound performed Impression: Borderline to mildly enlarged reactive appearing left axillary lymph nodes. No surrounding soft tissue edema or hyperemia. treatment with warm compresses. 2nd UC visit 10/28/25 - prednisone taper + warm compress and 3rd UC visit - treated with naproxen 375mg with warm compress Other Relevant HX: This is a 65-year-old male who presents to the Urgent Care Center for ongoing swelling and tenderness in the left axilla. Symptoms began following administration of the 2025-26 Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech) COVID vaccine on 10/14/25. He was evaluated in Urgent Care on 10/15/25 and again on 10/28/25, diagnosed with "reactive lymphadenopathy", and treated with a prednisone taper at his second visit. Reports partial improvement initially, but swelling and discomfort persist. Denies, fever, chills, weight loss, night sweats, or drainage. Patient reports no recent infection, skin lesions, or trauma to the area. He also admits to nonadherence with blood pressure medication (amlodipine) for several months. Pain described as dull and aching, localized to the left armpit, worsened by arm movement or pressure. Rates pain 5/10. Other: reactive lymphadnitis
