Symptom narrative

Shortness of breath, hives, and severe neck pain. Went to the ER on Sunday, December 21st and Monday, December 22nd. Received Prednisone 10mg and Ketorolac 10mg. Took Prednisone for a course of 5 days at 2 tablets daily. Took Ketorolac every 6 hours as needed for pain.
