Symptom narrative

The patient reported having blood at injection site followed by bruising the next day around the injection site. She said she has had some pain that runs down her arm as well as pain when lifting arm over head. It started to get better then got worse, now is getting better again. It has been over 2 months since immunization administered. She has a doctors appointment scheduled for February and is managing the pain with ibuprofen. She did not remember exactly where in the arm the vaccine was administered when asked.
