The patient's medical history, past medications, concurrent conditions and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, at the age of 45 years old, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) suspension for injection (exact dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot# and expiry date were not reported), for prophylaxis.
