Redness at the injection site; Itching at the injection site; The patient is experiencing hives on her trunk; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site erythema in a 52-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number Y357R, expiry date 06-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included alpha-gal allergy. On 17-DEC-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (left deltoid). In DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site erythema (Verbatim: Redness at the injection site), injection site itching (Verbatim: Itching at the injection site) and hives (Verbatim: The patient is experiencing hives on her trunk).
