Presyncope

Symptom narrative

Vasovagal episode 2 minutes after Vx administration completed. Episode lasted less than 1 minute. This nurse sat w/ Pt through episode and reassured when Pt regained alertness. HR, RR WLN at all times. No adverse effects noted during or after episode. Pt waited additional 30 minutes in clinic to ensure safety (water and ice packs applied for comfort). This nurse educated Pt on after care considerations and future Vx follow-up. Pt was able to leave clinic on own ability.
