On 08-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (lot # Z008082, expiration date: 28-Apr-2027) (exact dose, route of administration, and anatomical location were not reported) administered for prophylaxis, that underwent temperature excursion. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent, solution for injection, (lot # and expiration date not reported).
