Symptom narrative

59 year old patient was administered a dose of GARDASIL 9; no side effects or symptoms reported; This Spontaneous report was received from Pharmacist and referred to a 59 -year-old Female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, patient started therapy with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) (product administered to a patient of inappropriate age). The reporter stated the product was ordered for the patient due to their increased risk of cancer. No side effects or symptoms were reported. Outcome, action taken, dechallenge and rechallenge were not applicable as per internal guidelines. The Pharmacist considered the event to be non-serious.
