initially, patient stated she did not feel well after the vaccine, and asked for water. After sipping some water, the patient vomit and felt better afterward; the blood pressure was checked after patient vomit which was 82/44 and patient began feeling dizzy and clammy. Emergency personal was called for further assistant. While waiting, patient stated her throat hurt and had difficulty talking. Emergency personal checked patient and patient was stabilize with normal blood pressure, heart rate and condition after 15 minutes. The patient went home with husband afterward.
