Pt received Mnexspike on 12/2/25 @ 1:20pm. Pt's daughter noticed redness on face/nose/cheeks starting "noon the next day". Pt was asked by daughter if it was a reaction from the vaccine, pt did not think so and just applied 1% hydrocortisone cream 3x/day for 1 week, now only sparingly. Pt stated that it is getting better. Current appearance seems to be the color of a mild sunburn with puffiness, but only to a defined area below glasses and above lip covering the nose, cheeks near the nose. No rash or puffiness elsewhere on body PT stated that he has a dr's appointment in 2 weeks and was going to tell the dr then, he did not think it was serious but wanted to let us know. I recommended that pt contact PCP to inform him of potential reaction, asking for further guidance. Pt reported no previous history of rosacea or other skin issues.
