Patient's mother messaged the office via the patient portal on 12/29/2025 at 1451 stating her child had been vomiting, had episodes and diarrhea, had a decrease in appetite, and was "warm to the touch." Mom stated that these symptoms had been present since 12/27/2025. Per mom, patient had none of these symptoms. Provider made aware. He advised mom to continue supportive care and have him evaluated. Due to full schedule, offered video visit. Mom agreed and patient was scheduled. Per PA, patient left the video visit without being seen. No treatment documented at this time.
