Symptom narrative

Vaccine was administered too high on arm, experienced immediate pain upon injection. Pain persisted and has worsened, and experiencing decreased range of motion secondary to pain (unable to cross my arm across my body and lift without significant pain - esp when removing clothing, fixing hair, putting on deodorant, etc). Pain is radiating down arm and I am experiencing some numbness and tingling and also increases overnight with laying on arm. Prednisone regimen was prescribed and followed with relief for 1-2 days, pain has since returned and increased.
