Symptom narrative

Employee reported she developed the following symptoms 1 day after administration of flu vaccine -- left under arm pain (lymph node swelling) and chest discomfort during inspiration; unable to take deep breaths without chest discomfort. These symptoms lasted 1 to 2.5 weeks before she sought care with her PCP on 10/17/2025. Employee has received flu vaccines before and reports she has not experienced these symptoms prior.
