Patient in office for routine visit. Scheduled for COVID, Influenza and Meningitis B vaccine. Vaccines administered per CDC recommendations. After administration it was realized that Moderna Spikevax vaccine was administered outside of the recommended expiration date for thawed vaccine (exp. 12/08/2025).
