Symptom narrative

Received RSV vaccine 11/17/2023 as documented in Immunization Note. Note entered should have closed out Immunization Reminder on chart but it was not entered correctly and RSV still showed as due during routine clinic visit. Doctor said I was eligible for it and that it was currently a one-time vaccination. I stated that I was sure I had received it already, but M.D. said it wasn?t given based on the list. As RSV rates were climbing I received the vaccine (a second time). 12:30 a.m. on 12/24/25 I awoke with headache, chills, body aches , nausea. Took tylenol. Symptoms finally abated 48 hours later.
