Patient in office for routine visit. Scheduled for COVID and Influenza vaccine administration. Vaccines administered per CDC recommendations. After administration it was realized that Moderna Spikevax vaccine was administered outside of the recommended beyond use date for thawed vaccine (exp. 12/08/2025).
