pt called 12/30/25 reporting receiving mnexspike 9/26/25. stated she had brain fog all night, incontinent, and doesn't remember much from that night. no hospital admittance. next day pt was exhausted. pt stated she was fine after about 24 hours. stated her spouse is a physician and he made the decision to not take her to the hospital.
